New Service Manager ROI Model Released
Building a solid ROI case helps close deals. This major release to the Service Manager ROI Analyst model has been ported to the Alinean tool. The new model includes a number of significant updates, including detailed benefit review and help desk agent and end-user updates to reflect the current product releases (e.g. SM 7.11) that make up the extended solution.
HP partners can access Alinean after completing the Series 100-300 ROI training available through the HP Partner Learning Center.
