Quality Center Premier Site Licenses Available October 1, 2009
HP Quality Center (QC) Premier site licenses will be available effective October 1, 2009. As a result, QC Enterprise site licensed customers will be eligible to pay for an upgrade directly from QC Enterprise site licenses to QC Premier site licenses without first having to upgrade to area or global licenses.
